What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify your identity.
• Delete your ReviewElf account information.
• Remove any connected Google Business Profile integrations.
• Remove any connected Facebook Page integrations.
• Delete stored OAuth access and refresh tokens.
• Remove synchronization settings and associated personal information.
• Confirm completion of the deletion request via email.

Processing Time

Most data deletion requests are completed within 30 days of verification.

Business Accounts

If you are an administrator of a business account, deletion may also remove related employee gamification, recognition, review analytics, competitions, reports, and associated platform data.
